Installation Procedure

  1. Install the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Slide the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) into the rear of the track.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the nuts (2) in order to retain the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) to the door.

    Tighten:  Tighten the retaining nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the bolts (4) in order to retain the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) to the door.

    Tighten:  Tighten the retaining bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  5. Install the sliding side door stop. Refer to Sliding Door Stop Replacement .
  6. Install the passenger side body side trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Right Body Side in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the sliding side door lower trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door .
