Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 GMC Savana and 2004 Chevrolet Chevy Express. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
    IMPORTANT: Ensure that the MAF sensor flow arrows point away from the air cleaner assembly.
  1. Install the MAF sensor (5) into the air intake ducts.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Tighten the clamps (1) on the MAF sensor.

    Tighten:  Tighten the clamps to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  3. Connect the MAF sensor harness connector.
