Installation Procedure

  1. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the vehicle.
    2. Fig 1: Sliding Side Door Upper Roller Bolts

  2. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the rear of the upper track.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side Front in Interior Trim.
  5. Install the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding - Rear Side Door Upper Track .
  6. Install the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door .
  7. Install the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper .
