Installation Procedure

  1. Install the sliding door lower roller bracket to the vehicle.
    2. Fig 1: Sliding Side Door Lower Roller Bolts

  2. Install the sliding door lower roller bracket to the track.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the bolts that retain the sliding side door lower roller bracket to the door.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the sliding side door check assembly. Refer to Sliding Door Check Replacement .
  5. Install the side door stepwell mat. Refer to Mat Replacement - Stepwell in Interior Trim.
