Installation Procedure

  1. Position the washer solvent container to the frame rail.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the washer solvent container screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  4. Connect the washer solvent level sensor electrical connector.
  5. Connect the washer hose to the washer pump.
  6. Connect the washer pump electrical connector.
  7. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer toAir Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement in Engine Controls-2.2L or Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement in Engine Controls-3.4L.
  8. Fill the washer solvent container with washer solvent.
