Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector (3) to the remote cassette player (2).

  2. Install the cassette player (2) to the I/P (1).

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the nuts (2) to the cassette player (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 3.5 N.m (31 lb in).

  4. Install the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
