Installation Procedure

  1. Install the control module in the mounting bracket.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the mounting screws for the control module.

    Tighten:  Tighten the mounting screws to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the electrical connectors in the control module.
  4. Install the lower dash panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Cowl Side in Interior Trim.

  5. Install the parking brake assembly. Refer to Park Brake Pedal Assembly Replacement in Parking Brake.
