Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM in SIR.
  2. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module.
  3. Remove the screws from the steering wheel control switch.

  4. Remove the steering wheel control switch from the steering wheel.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the steering wheel control switch.
