The transmitter unit (3) is a battery powered, water resistant, radio frequency signal generator. Two transmitters are provided with each vehicle. The receiver is capable of recognizing up to four transmitters. Replacement transmitters for the vehicle may be obtained, however the receiver must be reprogrammed to accept the new transmitter.
