Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower BPMV bracket (3) to the wheel house.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the three BPMV bracket nuts to the studs on the lower BPMV bracket (3).

    Tighten 

    1. Tighten the three BPMV bracket nuts to 10 N.m (7 lb ft).
  3. Install the BPMV and EBCM as an assembly to the lower BPMV bracket (3). Refer to BRAKE PRESSURE MODULATOR VALVE (BPMV) REPLACEMENT .
  4. Perform the ABS AUTOMATED BLEED PROCEDURE .
