Removal Procedure

The multifunction alarm (1) is located in the upper right corner of the rear of the instrument cluster (2).

Caution: Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION in Cautions and Notices.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the instrument cluster. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC) REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the following from the rear of the instrument cluster (2):
    1. 3.1. The multifunction alarm retainer
    2. 3.2. The multifunction alarm (1)
