Removal Procedure

Fig 1: Front Door Pull Cup & Power Mirror Switch (Impala)

Remove the front door pull cup from the front door inner trim panel. Refer to Armrest Pull Cup Replacement (Impala) or Armrest Pull Cup Replacement (Monte Carlo) .
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the power mirror switch.
Remove the power mirror switch from the front door pull cup, using a small flat-bladed tool at the side of the mirror switch in order to release the mirror control switch retainer.
Remove the power mirror switch from the front door pull cup.
