Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner assembly. Remove drive belt. Disconnect generator electrical connector. Remove front and rear mounting bolts. Remove nut retaining positive battery cable to generator BAT terminal. Remove generator. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
