Installation Procedure

  1. Install the inflator module wiring harness (3) to the driver seat frame, while guiding the wiring harness through the appropriate spots on the driver seat frame.
  2. Install the wiring harness retaining clips to the driver seat frame.

  3. Install the plastic molding (2) that holds the air bag inflator module to the driver seat back frame.
  4. Install the air bag inflator module (1) to the driver seat back frame.
  5. Install the J-clips on the back of driver's seat.
  6. Install the driver seat. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - BUCKET .
  7. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System .
