Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Install the transmission on the vehicle with the 6 bolts.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 8 N-m (70 lb in).

Install the transmission drive link socket to the wiper motor crank arm ball using the J 39529 . Ensure that the socket is fully seated on the ball socket.

Install the air inlet screen (1). Refer to AIR INLET GRILLE PANEL REPLACEMENT .
Install the wiper arm and blade assemblies. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement (LHD) or Wiper Arm Replacement (RHD) .
