Installation Procedure

  1. If reusing the rear compartment close-out panel (3) apply a dubble-coated actylic foam tape strip to the top and rear edge of the rear compartment close-out panel (3).
  2. Peel the backing from the tape.
  3. Install the rear compartment close-out panel (3) to the vehicle.
  4. Press the rear compartment close-out panel (3) forward and down to engage the retainers (1 and 2).
  5. Install the rear compartment opening weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Compartment Opening .
  6. Close the rear compartment lid.
