Installation Procedure

  1. Install the noise cancellation microphone (3) to the overhead console.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the microphone screws (2).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (14 lb in).

  3. Rotate the garage door opener carrier (1) into position over the noise cancellation microphone.

  4. Install the garage door opener carrier screws (1).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (14 lb in).

  5. Install the garage door opener to the overhead console. Refer to GARAGE DOOR OPENER REPLACEMENT .
  6. Install the overhead console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - OVERHEAD .
