Conditions For Running

Ensure vehicle meets the following conditions before performing procedure:
- Barometric pressure is greater than 22 in. Hg (75 kPa).
- Engine coolant temperature is at least 158°F (70°C) after engine warm-up.
- Battery voltage is 10.5-16.0 volts.
- Vehicle has been driven for at least 20 minutes.
- Fuel level is 1/4-3/4 tank.
Test will initiate only after a cold start. A cold start is considered when engine coolant temperature is less than 35°F (2°C).
