Vehicle Speed Sensor: Installation

Apply Transjel(tm) to the VSS O-ring. Install the VSS (2) into the transaxle case. See Figure . Secure the VSS with the retaining bolt. Tighten the VSS speed sensor (VSS) bolt to specification. Connect the VSS harness connector (1). Connect the negative battery cable.
