Shift Cable: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the shift cables by going through the inside of the vehicle. Install the shift cable retainers at the transaxle. Install the control assembly.
  2. Install the 4 shift control mounting bolts. Tighten the control mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Install the shift cable hold down bracket.
  3. Install the shift cable retainer with the end clips at the control assembly. Install the center air duct. Install the front and rear center console halves. Install the boot and the lever knob. Install the negative battery cable.
