Installation Procedure

  1. Install the blower motor.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the blower motor screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.3 N.m (12 lb in).

  3. Connect the blower motor cooling hose.

  4. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
  5. Install the instrument panel harness into the harness retainer.
  6. Install the right side instrument panel insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
