Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
  2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove the coil spring. Refer to Front Coil Springs Replacement .
  4. Remove the lower ball joint from the Steering Knuckle. Refer to Lower Ball Joint Replacement .
  5. Remove the lower control arm.
