Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front seat back (1) to the front seat cushion (5). If lumbar equipped, route the cable through the seat cushion (5).
  2. Install the front bucket seat back pivot bolt (3). Tighten the pivot bolt to 23 N.m (17 ft lbs).
  3. Install the front bucket seat recliner bolts. Tighten the recliner bolts to 24 N.m (18 ft lbs).
  4. Install the front bucket seat cushion trim panel to the recliner mechanism.
  5. Install the front bucket seat cushion trim panel screws. Tighten the screws to 3 N.m (27 in lbs).
  6. Install the lumbar knob and the accouter to the driver's seat, if equipped.
  7. Install the front seat.
