The IAT is less than 95°F (35°C) at start-up.
The ECT is less than 95°F (35°C) at start-up.
The IAT and the ECT are within 11°F (6°C) of each other at start-up.
The average Mass Airflow (MAF) for the sample period is less than 20 g/s.
The system voltage is 9-18 volts.
