Installation Procedure

Align the recirculation actuator with the door shaft and rotate into position.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the recirculation actuator screws to the HVAC module.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).
Connect the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.
Cycle the ignition and verify proper operation.
Install the right side insulator/closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side .
