DTC B2734: Coded Key Controller Memory Failure: Description

A non-volatile memory checksum write error detection is handled internally. No external circuits are involved. When microprocessor cannot write to non-volatile memory or cannot run an accurate checksum on non-volatile memory, DTC will be stored. When DTC is stored, theft deterrent control module illuminates SECURITY indicator on steady. DTC will clear when microprocessor runs either a successful checksum test or write to non-volatile memory.
