Throttle Position Sensor

Throttle Position (TP) sensor provides throttle position voltage signal to PCM. Voltage signal is converted to duty signal which corresponds to throttle plate opening or closing rate. Cruise control servo uses throttle position input signal from PCM to maintain or set cruise speed.
