Circuit Description

The Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor measures amount of air which passes through it in a given amount of time. PCM uses this information to control fuel delivery. When volume of air increases, current flow from MAF sensor also increases. When volume of air decreases, current flow from MAF sensor also decreases. MAF sensor is an integral part of throttle body assembly.
