Code Enable Criteria

Upon BCM replacement, BCM learns Passlock(R) code when ignition switch is cycled to CRANK position (learn mode). If BCM is in learn mode and does not see a valid Passlock(R) sensor code because of a sensor or wiring problem, DTC B3031 will set.
