Heated Seats System Check

  1. Turn ignition on. Turn both seat heater switches on. If both front seat cushions and seatbacks warm, go to next step. If both front seat cushions and seatbacks do not warm, go to TEST A: BOTH HEATED SEATS INOPERATIVE  under SYSTEM TESTS. If one front seat cushion or seatback does not warm, go to TEST B: ONE HEATED SEAT INOPERATIVE  under SYSTEM TESTS.
  2. Turn seat heater switches off. If both front seat cushions and seatbacks cool, system is okay. If one or both seats remain warm, go to TEST C: HEATED SEAT ALWAYS ON  under SYSTEM TESTS.
