Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. On 3.1L, remove serpentine belt and power steering pump assembly. On all models, disconnect harness connector from camshaft position sensor. Remove camshaft position sensor mounting bolt and remove camshaft position sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten camshaft position sensor bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
