Transmission Range (Tr) Switch

Transmission Range (TR) switch, mounted on right front side of transmission, ensures cruise control system operation in normal forward gear ranges. If gear selector is moved to Park, Reverse or Neutral positions, TR switch activates cancel input circuit to cruise control servo. Cruise control servo then disengages cruise control system.
