Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCS)

If conditions for malfunction no longer exist, history DTC will clear after 100 consecutive ignition cycles or by using scan tool to clear DTCs. Disconnecting battery cables or BCM harness connectors will NOT clear history DTC(s).
