Flash DTC Diagnostics

Flash DTC diagnostics read current DTCs. To display SIR system DTCs, connect a jumper wire between DLC terminals No. 3 (E1) and 11 (Tc). SDM will flash AIR BAG warning light. If DTCs are present, AIR BAG warning light will first flash the number in the tens digit of DTC. AIR BAG warning light will pause for 2.5 seconds and then flash the number in the ones digit of DTC. Each DTC is flashed once before moving on to next DTC. DTCs will flash until jumper wire is removed. If no DTCs are present, AIR BAG warning light will continue to flash until jumper wire is removed. DTCs are cleared each time ignition is turned off.
