Front Wiper/Washer System

  1. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Pull front wiper/washer lever. Front washer pump should operate. On models with intermittent wipe cycle, wipers should also complete at least one full sweep.
  2. Move front wiper/washer switch lever to LO position. Wipers should operate at low speed. Move front wiper/washer switch lever to HI position. Wipers should operate at high speed.
  3. On models with intermittent wipe cycle, move front wiper/washer switch lever to INT position. Wipers should sweep once every 6 seconds.
  4. On all models, move front wiper/washer switch lever to OFF position. Wipers should complete cycle and return to Park position. If wiper system does not function properly, perform appropriate symptom test. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table under SYMPTOM TESTS.
