Oil Pump Assembly: Reassembly

Install oil pump outlet screen. Install vane rings onto pump pocket. Install pump slide into pump body. Install seal and support into slide. Install inner priming spring into outer priming spring. Install both springs into pump body. Install "O" ring and seal ring onto slide. See Figure. Install rotor into pump body. Install vanes into rotor slots, ensuring vanes are flush with top of rotor. Install pump cover onto body using cover bolts to specification. Tighten bolts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
