DTC can be set due to loss of serial data communication to Passlock® module. Check for loss of power to Passlock® module or for other causes of communication loss. Use CLASS 2 CIRCUIT CHECK in scan tool to determine if Passlock® module is active (CLASS 2 MESSAGE MONITOR on scan tool). See appropriate ANTI-THEFT SYSTEMS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT.
