Remote Keyless Entry Receiver: Removal

  1. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate. See Fig 1 .
  2. Remove the radio or the instrument panel storage compartment.
  3. Disconnect the remote keyless entry receiver electrical connector.
  4. Remove the screws retaining the control module to the carrier.
  5. Remove the module from the vehicle.
