Wipers Continue To Operate With Wiper Switch In OFF Position

Disconnect junction block Black 18-pin connector C6. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . Turn ignition switch to ON position. If wipers stop, replace front wiper motor. If wipers do not stop, check for short to battery voltage in Blue wire or Blue/Red wire between combination switch and front wiper motor. If circuits are okay, replace combination switch.
