Diagnostic Aids
- The following conditions may cause an intermittent: Intermittent short to ground or open in circuit No. 38 (Dark Blue wire) between BCM and back-up light relay; poor connections at BCM, underhood electrical center, or back-up light relay; or internal open or short in back-up light relay.
- If circuit No. 38 (Dark Blue wire) between BCM and back-up light relay is shorted to ground, back-up lights will stay on at all times. If circuit No. 38 (Dark Blue wire) between BCM and back-up light relay is open, back-up lights will stay off at all times.
