Left Or Right Door Lock Switch Does Not Operate
- Using a test light connected to ground, backprobe test light to inoperative door lock switch harness connector Orange wire terminal. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Orange wire.
- Backprobe test light to inoperative door lock switch harness connector Light Blue wire terminal. Place door lock switch in LOCK position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, replace inoperative door lock switch.
- Backprobe test light to inoperative door lock switch White wire terminal. Place door lock switch in UNLOCK position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, replace inoperative door lock switch.
- Operate inoperative door lock switch in both LOCK and UNLOCK positions. If LOCK position does not operate, repair open in Light Blue wire. If UNLOCK position does not operate, repair open in White wire. If both LOCK and UNLOCK positions do not operate, replace inoperative door lock switch.
