Speedometer Inaccurate

Connect Tech 2 scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Drive vehicle and compare scan tool speed display to instrument cluster speed. If both speeds agree, check for correct tire size, PCM Mem-Cal, and vehicle speed sensor. If both speeds do not agree, replace IPC.
