System Check

  1. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Ensure all doors are locked. Press transmitter UNLOCK button once. Interior lights should come on for about 40 seconds. Driver door should unlock.
  2. Ensure all doors are locked. Press transmitter UNLOCK button twice within 5 seconds. Interior lights come on and all doors should unlock. Press transmitter LOCK button. All doors should lock. Press transmitter TRUNK RELEASE button. Trunk lid should release.
  3. Press transmitter UNLOCK button and turn ignition switch to RUN position within 30 seconds. Interior lights should go out when ignition switch is turned to RUN position.
  4. With transaxle in any position, start and idle engine. Press transmitter TRUNK RELEASE button. Trunk lid should not release.
