Left Or Right Door Lock Motor Does Not Operate

  1. Disconnect inoperative door lock motor connector. Connect test light between connector Tan wire and ground. Place inoperative door lock switch in UNLOCK position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Tan wire.
  2. Connect test light between Tan and Gray wires at inoperative door lock motor. Place inoperative door lock switch in LOCK position. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Gray wire. If test light illuminates, replace inoperative door lock motor.
