(Pickup & Utility)

  1. Turn ignition on. Position and hold right window switch in UP position. Connect test light between right window switch Dark Blue wire and ground. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 3).
  2. Connect test light between right window motor connector Dark Blue and Brown wires. If test light illuminates, replace right window motor. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 4). 3) Connect test light between left window switch connector Yellow wire and ground. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, locate and repair open circuit in Yellow wire.
  3. Connect test light between left window switch connector Yellow and Light Blue wires. If test light illuminates, go to step 6). If test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
  4. Connect test light between left window switch connector Yellow and Black wires. If test light illuminates, replace left window switch. If test light does not illuminate, repair open circuit in Black wire.
  5. Connect test light between left window switch connector Yellow and Tan wires. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, replace left window switch.
  6. Connect test light between right window switch connector Yellow wire and Light Blue wire, then between Yellow wire and Tan wire. If test light illuminates at both wires, replace left window switch. If test light illuminates at only one wire or not at all, locate and repair open circuits from right window switch connector to master switch connector.
