System Test (Non-Special Equipment Option Vehicles): Notes

NOTE: Theft deterrent module in Special Equipment Option (SEO) vehicles remains unprogrammed because ignition key does not have a resistor pellet, and resistor sensing circuits are jumpered together in wiring harness. An unprogrammed theft deterrent module will allow vehicle to start by providing a fuel enable signal to Powertrain Control Module. If vehicle is equipped with SEO, refer to SYSTEM TEST (SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OPTION VEHICLES) .
