Central Control Module Diagnostics: Notes

The Central Control Module (CCM) uses speedometer, odometer and trip monitor in instrument cluster to display diagnostic information. For CCM, Anti-Lock Brake System/Traction Control System (ABS/TCS) and Electronic Control Module (ECM) system diagnosis, only speedometer and trip monitor displays will be used. Driver Information Center (DIC) buttons are used to command CCM when in diagnostic mode. See DIC DIAGNOSTIC USAGE  table.

Speedometer is used to display DTCs for CCM, Electronic Control Module (ECM) and ABS/TCS. Trip monitor is used to display module number and test number. First digit identifies module number. Second digit identifies test number. See Fig 1 . For trip monitor number display identification, see TRIP MONITOR DISPLAY  table.
