Anti-Lock Brake System & Traction Control: Description: Notes

NOTE: References are made to Acceleration Slip Regulation (ASR) (traction control) in this article. ASR is a term no longer used by manufacturer for description, operation, diagnosis, and testing of system. The new term is Traction Control System (TCS). However, ASR acronym is still used on instrument panel (i.e. SERVICE ASR).
