Ensure servo cable and throttle linkage move freely. Check servo cable adjustment. See SERVO CABLE  under ADJUSTMENTS. Some problems may be related to vehicle speed sensor circuit. Check for Code 24, Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit. See appropriate TESTS W/CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE section.
