Window Motor: Installation

  1. Fit window motor to the regulator. Lubricate the motor drive gear and regulator sector teeth. Check the mesh of the motor to the regulator before installing the rivets.
  2. Remove the sheet metal screw and rivet motor to regulator assembly, using Riveter (M 39010), or equivalent. See SPECIAL TOOLS  .
  3. Install window regulator. See WINDOW REGULATOR  .
